The story
Heaven and Hell descend on Rat City with competing claims about how its people should live. For Spawn, the conflict is not a simple choice between a righteous side and a corrupt one. Heaven’s attempts at sterile correction prove as dangerous as Hell’s bargains, and civilians remain exposed to the consequences of both.
Redeemer, Wynn, Wanda, Terry and the people of the city force the question of whom power actually serves. Protecting them requires more than replacing one authority with another. Spawn must resist becoming the absolute force he is fighting, even when that power promises a decisive answer. The mythology expands without discarding the people inside it. This unauthorized middle-film sample escalates the trilogy by making each apparent solution another test of the lead’s freedom, responsibility and willingness to leave room for choices other than his own.
