SELF DEVELOPMENT / LIFE 401 / THE REVAMP

I put scripts into development all the time. This time I put myself there.

The Revamp is a semester-long experiment in treating personal change like production: define the thing, build the schedule, show up, collect evidence, review what actually happened, make one adjustment, keep going.

Confidence is receipts.

PHYSICAL WORK

strength, conditioning, recovery

READING + THINKING

serious reading, observation, changing your mind when evidence changes

CREATIVE PRACTICE

writing outside the main screenplay, finishing work, noticing more

PRESENCE

speaking more deliberately, overexplaining less, being less dependent on approval

STYLE

fit, grooming, presentation, intentionality

RELATIONSHIPS + LIFE

being present in actual life instead of converting everything into a project

WEEKLY REVIEW

evidence first, stories second; one adjustment, not a total reset

EXIT / FINALS: REVIEW THE RECEIPTS. KEEP WHAT WORKED.

OPERATING RULES

  • No restarting.
  • Never intentionally miss twice.
  • Behave first; identity follows.
  • Confidence is receipts.
  • Become interested rather than interesting.
  • Physical improvement helps; it does not solve existence.
  • Sunday: review evidence and make one adjustment.

Week 1: Taking Inventory

Two weeks ago, I was standing in a stadium with tens of thousands of screaming women.
